Dads in Ed began as a podcast in November of 2013. The show looks at the intersection of parenting and being an educator through our eyes and the eyes of the guests we have on the show. Everyone has their own story to share, and we take pride in being able to help share some of those stories.

Devin Schoening – K12 Instructional Technology Program Lead, Council Bluffs Community School District, Council Bluffs, IA.  Devin works with students, teachers and administrators around the purposeful integration of technology and innovative practice. Prior to his current position, Devin was an instructional coach and a high school journalism adviser. He also serves on the ITEC (Iowa Technology & Education Connection) state board and coaches varsity girls basketball. Devin and his wife Erin have two daughters, Grace and Claire. Brent Catlett – is the Director of Technology for the Independence School District in the Kansas City, MO area.  Brent has 15+ years of experience in education. He has coached many sports over the years and has 5 kids with his wife Josie.
